  Don't purchase a display model. Our exprience was awful, rats made a home in every corner and unvisible spot. Nested in the dishwasher, under cabinets, closests, water heater. Cleaning crew??? Never seen one, it was our expense. Walk through? Was apparetly signed off that there was one but we seen no one. Roof is leaking now, shower stall cracked and so far just a patch. Carpets had rust stains from display furniture, " it was cleaned before the move." Also had to call every week until every inspection to get it set up. We would never suggest to anyone to buy from the Tavares locaton.
